These terms apply to purchases through bottlekingliquor.com.au. Please read them together with our delivery and pickup policy, refund policy and privacy policy.

Alcohol orders and identification

You must be 18 or older to buy or collect alcohol. For gifts, both the purchaser and recipient must be 18 or older. Have acceptable proof of age ready. For a first delivery, the person who placed the order must receive it and show ID. Gift recipients must also meet the applicable age and ID requirements. Same-day alcohol deliveries cannot be left unattended. We cannot supply alcohol to anyone under 18, intoxicated, or where there is a substantial risk they are intoxicated.

Products, prices and orders

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Select the correct bottle, can or pack size before ordering; the displayed price applies to the selected option. Product images are illustrative and packaging may vary. We will contact you if an ordered item is unavailable or a material description or pricing error affects your order, and arrange an agreed alternative or refund for an item we cannot supply. We will not substitute products without your agreement.

Delivery and pickup

Free local delivery is available for orders over $20 within approximately 4 km of our Pascoe Vale store, Thursday to Sunday between 5 pm and 7 pm, when ordered before 4 pm. Pickup is normally ready in approximately 10 minutes during trading hours. Please wait for ready-for-pickup confirmation. Read our delivery and pickup policy for details.

Returns and consumer rights

We accept change-of-mind returns of unopened, undamaged products. Our refund policy explains how to arrange a return and your rights for faulty or incorrect goods. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Please provide accurate order and contact details and keep any account credentials secure. Do not use the website for unlawful activity or interfere with its operation. Contact us promptly if you notice an order or account problem.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms for future orders. Changes do not retrospectively remove your rights for an existing purchase. Contact us using the details above if you have a question or complaint.
